You can rent gear from local sport shops or find guided rock climbing tours there as well.
It’s advised to stay in pairs and have a partner when you go rock climbing so you can spot each other and help navigate challenging boulders or cliffs. Put your weight in your legs and use your arms for balance or to shift your weight during a climb. Invest in good gear as rock climbing can be a dangerous activity and allow for breaks for rest and drink plenty of fluids.
