Telluride real estate sales in November have been very similar to previous years in regard to market momentum and new contracts. The second half of 2018 has gained more ground. 2018 is shaping up to look very similar to 2016 and, considering how slow our first quarter of 2018 was, we are rounding out this year quite nicely. Rather than drastic increases or decreases, our market appears to be normalizing and balanced.
