June Market Graphs! After a lackluster winter and spring, summer is off to a good start with 32 new contracts at $93M in June. Currently the MLS shows 59 open contracts at $323M and 20 closed contracts at $60.4M. Only the hard contracts for the Four Seasons are in the MLS, and there are other non-MLS contracts we know of. July showings are starting out strong and there are plenty of new high-priced listings. Please share any insight you might have.
