In relation to Telluride area real estate, new contracts for the fall continued to be strong and the number of larger dollar transactions continue to increase. We have very limited supply, particularly at the lower price level. This has an impact on the number of transactions, however properties that are priced appropriately continue to trade. It appears that 2018 is similar to 2016 with regard to the new contract trends. The early snow fall is promising for a strong winter season.
